The suite number is your identifier as a ByOrder customer. It appears next to your name as BO followed by your customer number. Every package that arrives with that code, we know is yours; without it, the package is hard to identify. It is required on all your purchases.
Where do you find it?
Log in to your account and go to Mi Dirección (My Address). It is the only place where your address appears, and you should enter it exactly as shown there.
Which address do you use?
- Main address: usually recommended for Amazon, eBay and other stores that accept it.
- Residential address: an alternative when the store does not accept the main one.
The identifier is required on both. Each store decides whether it accepts the address, so neither option guarantees it.
Order number, tracking number or suite number?
- Order number: given by the store; it identifies your purchase.
- Tracking number: given by the carrier; it identifies the shipment.
- Suite number: identifies your ByOrder account.
